SCHEDULE
Registration + Session Building | 8am – 10am
Get there early folks, our schedule board is smaller and our attendees are larger (in number, not necessarily in girth) than ever before. It’s sure to be a high-paced morning of carb-loading, caffeinating and geeking out. Sessions will be 45 minutes this year, plan accordingly!
10AM WELCOME
After an informal welcome in the lounge/terrace area, we’ll kickoff the event by sharing some good-to-know facts and logistics, and hilarious anecdotes about Mr. Toto and his love of puppies.
AM Sessions | 10:15am – 1:15pm
Get going! The first session starts promptly at 10:15AM. All the classrooms are located on one floor this year, so it’ll be easy to move between spaces.
Lunch | 1:15 – 2:30pm
Lunch is on your own…stay tuned for new things to do with your lunch hour!
PM Sessions | 2:30pm – 5:30pm
Immediately following the final session there will be closing remarks in the main auditorium. Be there, or be square…because that’s when we’ll announce the deets for our rockin’ afterparty!
Afterparty | 7pm – ??
Join us at our favorite bar in town, National Mechanics, to celebrate in true Philly style. This year’s afterparty is going to KICK YOUR ASS with awesomeness. Details coming soon.
TRANSIT & PARKING
For drivers, there is a public parking deck directly across the street at 38th & Walnut street. For anyone riding a train or regional rail to 30th Street Station, take the Market Frankford (BLUE) line West to 34th street, walk two blocks south to Walnut, and 3.5 blocks west to Huntsman Hall. You can also take any trolley (GREEN) line except the #10 and get off at 36th Street. Walk 1 block south to Walnut and 1.5 blocks west to Huntsman.
